Rikard Mathisson

Rikard Mathisson is a contemporary swedish pianist, composer and producer who make heart-felt piano music in the flavour of Yann Tiersen, Michael Nyman, Nils Frahm and Béatrice Martin (Coeur de Pirate), but also makes pop and electronica. Inspired by Nordic folk/-lore and jazz, earthbound but heavenly, he creates original progressions and catchy melodies. Rikard lives and operates in southern Sweden but his audience global.
