Lise Jonsson
Lise Jonsson is a self-taught pianist and composer from Trondheim, Norway. She makes contemporary, contemplative music. She started to compose regularly in 2015 as therapy after being ill for a long time. Her music is a blend of Classical Music, Neoclassical, Ambient, New Age, Cinematic. As a kid, Lise took piano lessons and learned to play by ear. It was much more fun to create something yourself than to learn to read music. She composed her first piano piece as a 12 year old. Composing and nature are what give her the most energy in everyday life. Much of her music is inspired by a forest near her home. She visits the forest almost every day with her dog. Lise is educated as a preschool teacher. She had music as a specialization when she was a student and learned all about music & playfulness. She has always been interested in music as a tool. A tool for expressing emotions. Inspired by nature, animals, other people's and own life experiences, historical things that happen in time or that have happened in the past.
