Julie Hanney

Julie Hanney is an American pianist and composer from the Pacific Northwest. She has played piano since she was a young child, and has been writing music just about as long. An award winning recording artist, she creates peaceful, moving and unique music that connects with people on a soul-level. She was a finalist for SoloPiano.com's 2019 Holiday Album of the Year, won Beloved Neoclassical Song from Raighes Music Factory for Gift of the Morning Sun, her music has played on international airlines and is heard on radio stations around the world. She has released three full length albums (Painting in Sound, A Peace-Filled Christmas and Where the Ocean Meets the Sky) and several singles. Inspired by nature, human emotions and many of her favorite composers throughout history, Julie's music has been described by one reviewer as, "Cinematic, thoughtful, and with a touch of mystery, I'm left with a sense of awe and wonder."
